Bad service

Firstly capitec is a useless bank that are not there to help us at all previously I had 3 debits that went off my account that were not authorized I went into bank reverse it than again today same incident capitec allowed an unauthorized debit to go off again this is terrible service if I had reversed it the past 3 times why would they allow it to go off again and secondly it's not my fault I was charged reversal debit order fees what kind of loyalty and service is that to allow people to just take my money and than still be charged reversal fees capitec is the worst bank ever no form of security how on earth do they allow money to just be taken wake up capitec your"ll are just as bad as the ******** how are they any different they ***** our money and url do too
