Bad service

I went to Midrand boulders Capitec branch on Saturday i was assisted by an arrogant rude lady by the name of Daphane ,i want to switch bank but due the service i got from it made me think twice i r could do business with Capitec bank ,First i thought it was my imagination staring with the lady who giving me a ticket she just gave me a ticket like she does not care and she does not show you where to go or to sit and with Daphane it was like she is doing me a favor the way she was talking to like i am her son or something. Plaese Capitec teach your stuff on how to treat your client and have a word class service
