Bad service

I owe capitec bank loan i did the arrangement in September because i was waiting for some money as i was promised to be paid end of October. The money was never been paid at that time they only paid me yesterday 22 November 2017 i got paid 1600 and capitec took 1598 without my permission so today i went to jabulani branch Godfrey the manager was unable to help me telling me that there's nothing he can do.Im not working and i have other accounts that needs to be paid bu couldn't help me.I am done with capitec and they must know that was the last money they got from me they can take me anywhere they want i dont care,capitec dont think for people they only looking up for themselves im gonna change the bank im tired of this **** bank as if we not paying them why other banks are able to refund us but capitec can't.I am done with this bank the rest that im owing they wont even get a cent for it
