Bad Service

I was retrenched from my previous Job and was with out a job for 6 months , I made arrangements with you that I do not have any income and I will be paying my Personal Loan when I have a income , my 1st salary was paid in to my Capitec account on Friday and you took al my money for the personal loan , I went to your offices to speak to a consultant and no one can do nothing for me I lost my whole salary to Capitec , I have other bills to pay and no one is willing to assist me only Sorry Sir , this is the worst service I ever had, I cant provide for my family due to this , I am a client for more than 5 years and I get this terrible service !!!
