Bad service

I took a 6 month loan out and this was before the lock down and while the lock down was still on they took money from me and now latley that have been taking 2 up to 3 payments off and this inludes my uif so like always I go into the bank and the consultant who was on the phone with me told me there is no way I can get my Money back because no plans were made. I had just enough now I was there today and the lady on the phone with me told me I can't reverse 2 payments, but they took double off. Capitec should assist with all loans during lock down as people were not paid their full salary.
