Bad Service

Capitec blocked my account, went to the bank and was told to give statement from police to declare my funds and also to provide proof of payments received, I did all that i have send the documents to *****.capitecbank.co.za on the 1st of October till date no communication from them, even when I do I follow up still no progress. My debit orders are bouncing back and all those charges are bailed on me. This is really frustrating.
