BAD SERVICE

I lost my brother and now we need His bank statement so that we can provide to the car insurance to show that He was getting paid on a weekly basis and we obtained letter of authority from court but capitec can only prin the blank page for us and tell us that the court did not specify the dates so we are stuck and is been 6 months now with no assistance. Poor service
