Bad service

I had an account with Capitec Bank that was closed and where I ask why I got different stories that was closed by their Forensic Department without telling me, sometimes got different stories. I went to many branches to open my account again but no help. Oh my God never got such bad service ever before Capitec Bank got no customer service at all. They don't value people at all sometime back was called by the lady in their Head office and she told me another story she said I can go back I get assistance but Guess what I went to the branch no help. I thought I will be able to reinstate my account but no help at all.
