Bad service

<p>hi there, </p> <p>may someone in account department call back, i had a loan with them and i have paid it up on 29 December 2016 but ITC report still state that i have not paid them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have beening called capitec and going to branches but no one is willing to help me. They told me that i should get the letter of settlement from Anthony Richards And Ass , i have called them and they said Capitec should give me the letter of settlement .</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone solve this , its been more 6 months since i hace paid.</p> <p> </p>
