Bad service

<p>I wanted to register my card for international online shopping with capitec bank, I have been going to the branch since from last year December, In all the cases after getting the mastercard secure code the system is being telling me that i'm entering incorrect details, I phoned client care centre got helped by several consultants on different occasions. I enede up talking to Noxolo Helesi who asked me to send her screen short of the error massage which I did. She promised to send it to IT department so that they can check what's wrong with my registration. No one came back to me until I phoned them on Monday and they told me to go to the branch for a new mastercard secure code which I did. At the branch I was helped by a lady whom I explained everything to her and she checked if my details were corresponding with the one on the card, we found out that my initials where not entered on the system it was only my surname, so she updated my details, and I tried to activate the code again and it gave me the same error. Yesterday I went to the branch again to register another secure code and I got the new one today which I'm not sure it will work. I'm so suprised that after talking to so many consultants from the bank and client care centre no one picked it up that my initials where not entered on the system, hence I was getting those error massages. I lost trust in Capitec, tomorrow I'm going to try to activate the code for the last time if it's not working I'm taking my business to the bank that will appreciate my needs.</p>
