Bad service

<p>i have a loan with Capitec bank where the initial loan was for R62000 I made a payment of about R42000 to reduce my loan balance, then went back to Capitec bank to re apply for a credit facility, only for my loan to be rescheduled as I had changed my banking details and employer hence my banking details nd salary date had to be changed me that rescheduled my entire loan repayment amount I had no problem with this happening however, in my credit bureau at the moment it is showing that my loan in under debt restructuring hence I can not get approved for any finance, I have called countless times for this be changed and had no response, if this is not resolved by Friday I'm taking this to the ombudsman as this was not what I was told</p>
