Bad service

<p>I have a capitec loan which I signed a contract that states that debit order date for payment would be the last day of the month but for the past two months they keep debiting my acount in the midlle of the month.</p> <p>Whenever I receive funds in my account they debit it and i never sign to authorise that they must take my money before the agreed date as set on the contract, capitec is bridging the contract agreement we had and am quite angry and fustrated by this result and I called them to fix it but the people that work there are incompitate and didnt help me at all.</p> <p>Even the manager at eastgate branch didnt assist me with anything and I need that money to be reversed as it was for an urgent family matter and again I didnt receive any assistance.</p> <p>Capitec is the worse bank ever and i regret taking a loan with them and anyone whos thinking of taking it please consider very carefully as they will go into your account and take funds before you are even paid.</p> <p>I have been inconvinience in a way I cant even imagine I couldnt take my child to see a doctor for medical condition that needed urgent attention and still today I havent received my money.</p>
