bad service
The service at Capitec is very bad. The consultants are clueless and totally uninformed. My account was closed due to fica registration. I went to the bank with my student registration letter and they told me they are not accepted as proof of residence. I was given a declaration letter for my aunt to fill. On the address she filled the stand number instead of the house number. A simple 2digit which could have been added to the former. The consultant gave me another form to fill. I wasted 3 days. Wasted money and time. Worst service ever
