Bad service

Bad service ever , capitec has the most clients ever but they don't appreciate that.today I went to Mitchell's plain capitec branch to deposit the money the question was very long as usual when I went inside I was told about technical problem there I was again going to Makhaza branch in khayelitsha branch there Long que as well and again I went inside and I was told that the machine inside cannot read the notes and there's nothing they can do. I don't know why we keep our services rendered at capitec bank as they know nothing about good service
