Bad service

Went to Capitec Cavendish Square, Kempton Park, today at 11:10 to withdraw money from the ATM. The ATM was empty! Excuse we are waiting for it to be filled! Month-end where hundreds of people are drawing from an ATM and they have no backup as they don't have tellers! Advised to go to other banks' ATM which cost you money or travel some distance to the nearest one costing you even more in time and money! Really pathetic and will respond with their usual response and that it is to say whether they will "acknowledge your posting, and have referred it to Complaint Management for immediate attention. Feedback will be provided within five working days.
