Bad service

Yesterday 28/12 i was trying to pay rent to my land lord via mobile banking but i typed in an incorrect number but when i tried to do a reversal i couldn't. So immediately i called capitec but what they told me was shocking, that they cant assist me and i cant reverse the money. I told them what happened and i passed all security questions. If i transferred money into a wrong account its my right to get it back, what kind of a bank is this or the service is this?
