Bad service

Worst Bank ever. I don't see myself ever doing business with them. I settled my account with the lawyers on the 11th of July 2023, Capitec still haven't cleared my name with the bureaus. I sent them my settlement letter a couple of times, they still refused them I informed the lawyers they handed me over to, they said they have been in communication with Capitec to clear my name and... They said they will clear my name. It's over and past the 21days we agreed upon. They are now not responding to my query. The account is accumulating interest, it further dents my name. It's sad that when they want their money, they call you continously yet... Fail to resolve one issue were there is proof of payments and settlement letters.
