Bad service

Good Day,

I would like to make a review about capitec, it has been two months since I have been trying to make a loan application, though it is really not for a loan.I want them to actually pay off my credit card with them so I have a personal loan that will be paid over 32 month , to my saddest part they still haven't processed my application.

I tried to find out why they cant process my application, to my shock they still haven't given me reasons as to why they cant process my load application.I have been a loyal customer, with good credit history.My concern is I want to sort out my finances and focus on paying one debt and as my bank I am very dissapointed with their service,

I even sent a feedback to their complaint department,which still hasn't assisted me.My concern is would they rather have me getting a loan somewhere else to close their credit card and their personal loan to make it one loan or will they assist me as a loyal customer and process my application and consolidate my debt into one.I really feel I dont need to keep the credit card because it always makes me feel like I have money to spend which I dont and which I would preferably want to finish my personal loan and keep the one credit or vice versa.

I am so dissapointed with their level of service and as it stands I keep spending the credit card I dont want because they keep saying they cant stop it.The outcome I want is for capitec to give me the personal loan which will pay off the credit card and close it off so I can just pay a personal loan which I will be able to manage and control. I hope that is not too much to ask.

I was assisted by Aphiwe Simane for the application whom I had to follow up with, and Dineo Mo***a was the lady who promised me feedback withing two days and it has been weeks now.
