Bad serive at capitec klerksdorp city mall

I have just recieved a bad service from a capitec employee at he reception in klerksdorp city mall, the guy has no manners and respect for customers . I walked up to him telling him that ATMs are not working instead of checking what is the problem he just throw a hand at me n telling me that those atms are working ,i felt very stupid and belittled . Such treatment makes us customers to change banks at the end of the day . Bad bad bad service from that yohng man very disappointed how our black brothers treat us
