Bad payment history record for pending illness claim

I submitted a credit insurance claim with a 6 month waiting period. First the loan department was nit aware of my pending claim because I still received calls from their collections departme bint both their insurance department and loan department work in silos. My claim was successful and my loan was settled. Yet during the waiting period Capitec have updated my Credit profile on ITC as a bad payer. Subsequent to my claim outcome I informed them to update my credit profile via email they have blatantly ignored my email anf thus far there's been no response. I had similar claims with other financial institutions they haven't tarnished my profile like Capitec. With the other institutions during my waiting period they freezed my account due to the claim and have updated my credit profile accordingly. What us the use if a credit insurance if you are still being declared as a bad oayer. #Win to FNB you have proper systems in pkace. Imagine you are ill and an institution like Capitec just adds more stress to your problems because they don't care.
