Bad Loans!!!

Capitec offered me a loan knowing very well I could not afford it. I have been paying that loan for over 6 years and they have rated me as a bad payer and now I cannot get any credit but I'm still paying them. I'm now owing more than they gave me and stuck with Attorneys. I know a lot of people that are not paying off their debt and are never followed upon neither are they listed for bad credit but I have the bad luck.
