Bad *********** service

<div>I have 3 policies with you guys, the 1 was in arrears with 2 months meaning you should have debited the most recent premium on the 1st and YOU DID!!! Today, I receive an sms stating that the policy has lapsed and I need to take out a new 1 if interested!!!!!! I call you and your agent named +++ tells me the policy lapsed in June already!!!! I ask her so if I was calling in to claim was I not goiing to be paid?? She says nooo!!! So had I not called, what was going to happen???? I am damn sure a lot of people are sitting with this nonsense and y'all are getting away with it!!! And the payment for the policy went of on my side (included screenshot on email to them)&nbsp;</div>
