Bad Forex department

I have been having problems the last few months with Capitec releasing my salary. My salary is always released late which causes a huge inconvenience and extra costs because of bounced debit orders. I never used to have these problems with Absa and my salary would always be available immediately. The consultant at the Forex dpt whom I spoke to was not helpful at all, cannot give me a proper explanation as to why there is a delay and ended up saying that if I am not satisfied then I can bank with someone else. I will end up doing this because as a consumer I cannot wait for my own salary just because a bank decides to delay transactions unnecessarily.
