Bad experience

Bad experience I was ****med my money and notified the bank in time to stop transactions only to receive a feedback that the transferred funds were moved to other banks they no longer to the bank that they used. My question is because they saw which banks were transferred too but still no help. They told me I'll receive feedback within 20 days but the only explanation is how I was ****med. And could not get a straight answer if I will receive my money 😔😔
