Bad Electricity Token bought on Mobile Banking

I purchased R150 electricity through my Mobile Banking on Friday 01 July, and tried entering it on my prepaid meter. The meter did not accept the token. I asked someone else to buy on my behalf, another R150 was bought and still the electricity token generated did not work. I then sent an email to the complaints department with my whole story and received a reference number and have since heard nothing. My reference was ********** 5. I am still waiting very impatiently to have the funds reversed in order for me to purchase my monthly electricity. The agent that rep**** was Nondi Tsholoba, no emails or sms or calls has been made to concerning this matter. I am very very upset bout this matter being handled so poorly.

I was contacted by Nondi on Tuesday to say the matter is still under investigation and have since heard Nothing!!!! I am highly upset because I am still waiting for the money to be re-imbursed so that I can buy electricity. In the initial response to my complaint, Capitec Bank said they would take 3 working days to resolve my query, and since Friday it has 4 days since my query has been lodged! I am very very upset and demand answers today!!!! This is really putrid service!!!!
