Bad delivery company refuse to hear their clients about how rude ccd is

I will start with three-rivers branch is awesome their bankers always friendly and this situation is not caused by them, but Capitec business will not allow you to receive your business card at the bank, they insist ccd has to deliver, sadly ccd has no idea what a metropolitan is and for this reason refuse to deliver other times other than between 8-12, after repeatedly telling rude ccd operators I am not available having calls since the beginning of the month for said card to be delivered they promised finally they would deliver yesterday afternoon, to say the least the no show was not a surprise. Can someone enlighten me as to when I will be getting my card.
