Bad debt due to loss of documents from branch

Helped me with a personal loan got the loan not long after i got the loan i lost my job went to the branch completed application gave all original documents that was required to get the cover to pay out on the loan till I could find a new job after 3 months i was contacted by Capitec only to be told that i need to urgently make payment on my loan as its behind on payments for last 3 months went into the branch to find out about the cover that was supposed to cover the loan only to be told that theres no cover insurance and they have no record of any application from me when I asked to speak to branch manager the manager that was working there had left the branch they had a new branch manager. So after a year i got a job again then they had already handed me over to Nimble now i sit with bad credit due to the branch not doing there job as they where supposed to not only that why tell me im covered only to find out that they never sent any application due to the lose of the only original documents i had.
