BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR MANAGEMENT OF ISSUES.

Lat year i went to a branch for a transfer in Kempton park , on e of the guys sold me the internet banking App, i had a a token at the time. he told me to use the app as its quicker and has more option that the token. He installed the app but never told me the token wont work again . i now lost my phone and want to access my beneficiaries, i cant not even the branch cant , am being told i need to buy another token . WHY ?? WHY?? SINCE I STILL HAVE THE TOKEN AND ITS IN GOOD CONDITION . why must we be poor bcos of every cent the banks are draining us. i now am desperate for my information and to access my account . i went to the branch in alex, spoke to help desk. Dololo help they said 1 to 5 days. 7 days later am still waiting. poor Barron had to call me and tell me the query is with the branch. like what must happen. Like what MUST HAPPEN COS I DONT NEED THE BRANCH I NEED THE TOKEN TO WORK SO I CAN HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNTS. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL UNTIL I CALLED . STILL NOW NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2012 SALARY AND EVERYTHING WITH THIS BANK. AM SO ****ED OFF BY LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE AND NOT TAKING ME SERIOUS. why must i pay for something that i have ???
