Bad Customer service on the collections department

I have a problem with Capitec collections department. I do not know how many times I have spoken to different agents calling me but still have not been assisted.. I spoke to Samantha on the WhatsApp line and also yesterday I spoke to Elasha. I will speak to them and they'll promise to call me on the specific time and they will not. And we will come into conclusion on what will happen ut it's clearly that they are not doing their job because I am still receiving thousands of calls. I have been banking with Capitec for so many years but I have never thought that I would receive such bad customer services when it comes to their collection department..
