BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

<p>All I need is my contract for this never ending loan i took with capitec bank in 2012. I called the call centre, they refered me to a branch, I went to the branch where I opened the loan (Pietermaritzburg - shoprite complex), they refered me to the branch in Longmarket, mind you my time wasted, all the way from Pretoria. In Longmarket branch I spoke to the manager, Sasha or Sash; she pro,ised to contact me in 3 days to let me know where she would e-mail my contract, this was on the 17th October 2016, up to date I have not heard anything from her. I regret the day I joined this bank, Lord help me!!! </p>
