Bad Customer Service

The worst client service ever,actually client service is non existing in this bank. I have a credit card with them what a nightmare to get insurance to pay . Now it is a nightmare to tell them that i am working again and would like to continue with the credit card . They have people who are inadequate to do the job or to give you a straight answer , don't even think about going to the branch to get them to help you , it is just a waste of time . What a disappointment i am seriously thinking of closing my account and going somewhere else , this is ridiculous it takes them two years to "look"into the matter .
