Bad customer service

I have been with Mercantile Bank I never experienced this bad service since we are moved to Capitec business.... It's always offline... I'm so unhappy with the service please if you can't assist me with this app let me close the account other banks don't do this horrible service that Capitec business it's giving me ... I'm so not happy with you guys .... I will give myself time to come back to the branch and close the account I should be working now I need to be worried about the app that's not working I can't even pay my suppliers this is true evil from you to me
