Bad customer service
Good day.
Im very unhappy with Capitec Bank in Oudtshoorn, today is the second time my Mother want to do a deposit into my personal account and for the second time she cant. How the hell are we suppose to get our money if deposits is not allowed. For a big company like Capitec this is very bad not to assist your customers. Why people still bank with Capitec after this bad service i dont understand
