Bad customer service by CAPITEC CLEARWATER and CAPITEC COLLECTION Department

I have visited the branch approximately 2 months ago to make a payment arrangement for the 15th as opposed to the end of the month. The debit went off on the 30th. Today I went in to the Clearwater branch to get a reversal they refused saying that the arrangement was not noted on their system. Instead of the consult to assist me , she asked me to sit on the side while she helps other customers while I sit on the side when I came in first.
