Bad customer service

I called capitec call centre i was asking why everytime a person deposit money in my account R20 everytime its missing and its not even showing on the statement where it has vanished too, he failed to assist me, i even told him to take my statement for this months and do the the calculations then they will see what im talking about, i end up switching my salary to FNB because capitec its ***********.
