Bad customer service at maponya mall Capitec

I went to Capitec maponya was looking for assistance regarding insurance on my loan,a guy named Thamsanqa assisted me with bad attitude telling before I took the loan I didn't know I must submitt my life cover policy after asked him can I email the contract he said it's not allowed I must bring a hard copy they don't accept email he didn't even bother to look at the email ,he just walked away.my ticket number was 150.I won't go back to that branch again horrible customer service a lady by the name of Dinah tried to assist.
