bad customer service at capitec gateway mall
The service at capitec bank Gateway mall is very pathetic .The consultant let certain customers jump the line while other customers have to stand on the line for a very long time .The tellers don't allow customers to deposit inside the bank regardless of how long the line to the ATM is and I think that is not good customer service
