Bad customer service at Capitec

i have a job and resigned where i was working and in September i was serving the notice, during that time i tried to get a loan from capitec to renovate my house and they told me they cannot give me because i have resigned, so i have to wait untill i start on the job job, so i did that and in august i went back to them and they told me a different story that i will need to get the 1st pay and wait for a month in other for them to grant me the Loan, so waited and got the 1st pay and a month to pass, so today i went back and now they are telling me a different story again that i need to get the second pay, so i dont know whats wrong with capitec, always turning me away. i even changed my salary to be deposited into their bank and ive had loans before at capitec and never skiped a month. i always payed you in time. so now i am gonna close the capitec account because i can see i am not valued at your company and use different one.
