Bad customer service abnormal charges

Bad customer service, bad attitude from the employees On Sunday the 2th of June 2024 I tried to withdraw money ATMs keep on saying transaction can be processed I went to Capitec mabopane central City to check, I want those changes for limit exceeded to be reversed I can not be charged for that nonsense the consultant have an attitude of I don't care is my money was taken not his that is why he had bad attitude but call centre urgent on Sunday when I called was willing to assist though he did not had access to do so Reply (1)
