Bad customer service
Such bad customer service....was retrenched a couple of years back and sent all documents to capitec to close the loan of which that was done. I'm now working tried to apply for a loan i'm told i'm under sequestration, okay how can I be removed from sequestration i'm given an email to send my new contract. Okay I do exactly what i'm advised got an email that will get a response within 24 hours its after 29 days they are quite i'm the one busy calling wanting feedback.... They say they will call they neva do
