Bad customer service
It's sad that the bank doesn't care about the pensioners, how do you chase someone away when she just want to stop and reverse the debit order she doesn't know of. Instead of reversing it and refer her to the relevant office you guy chase her away. Your disgusting🚮 just know you have lost clients.
