Bad customer service

I feel very disappointed and angry by the poor service i just received from the capitec bank, Taung mall. The lady called Mathapelo just gave me bad attitude while frowning and looking down at me infront of customers for asking why are there people inside the bank and some siting next to the teller, visibly attended meanwhile i was returned back ealier on due to system failure?? Instead of being polite and explained to me she further screamed ( iyhoooooo!!!!) At me While the manager stood there ( pretending to be on call and speaking to her in lowerd voice) instead of reprimanding her.
