Bad customer service

I am very disgusted by the behavior of Festival mall's capitec branch manager (opposite old mutual). The branch manager is very arrogant and has lack of respect for customers, she shouts at customers and speaks to them as if they are kids. I wonder how she got to be a branch manager. Very bad service, pity I never got her name from the name tag, but she is the branch manager of capitec in festival mall opposite old mutual. And for the same behavior I will be moving my account to a bank that values their customers more., and not a bank where their staff makes you feel as if they are making you a favour to bank with them. It's even more disappointing to get that treatment from a very senior staff. Bye bye capitec, will not do business with such.
