Bad customer service

My query have not been taken into consideration was asked to wait for 14 working days in order the money to be reversed back by form of a way called recall but today it a 15th working still nothing. I called their complains department n they say it will now l take 30 working days.My question is how long is it gonna take 4 in order to get my money back.
