Bad Customer service

<p>I went to capitec Bank in Middelburg Down Town the was no 1 at the door to assist me i pressed the button for deposit i waited for the sales lady to assist me at counter 1 while the sales person on counter 2 was busy with another customer,she eventually called my ticket but they dont even respond while i greeted them she just said how much u depositing?they were busy talking to each other..i hate it when im being assisted and they just having their own topics there...i felt so embarrassed when i greeted her and she just said how much u depositing?? Capitec must start having NPS</p>
