Bad customer service
<p>I called capitec client care today I requested a settlement letter the agent asked me two security questions which was verify your full names and email address which id answered the agent tells me I failed so how the hell can I fail those two questions really!!!!what ******* is that I want my settlement letter today I will not go to the branch and stand in a que this is nonsense im highly disapointed in this bank your service is poor .....</p>
