Bad customer experience

Capitec bank is the worst bank ever! I have been running up and down with no help, bought something online and I was not satisfied with the product, ask for the refund, that company refunded me two months back but it hasn't reflected on my bank, I had enquired with capitec bank about the money not showing up, they've asked for the reference number and i gave them, they promised to lookup for the transaction still to date they are still trying to recover it from their suspense account with no luck.. after I've recovered that money I'm going to close up my account with them because they're not serious with helping out their customers queries.

Thanks to the branch manager of harrismith Tebello, always trying his best to help me but is being failed by his team.
