Bad credit due to 2 c that Capitac Bank does not remove even after visiting branch

Good day

I have an personal loan with Capitec bank and payments get done trough debit order. I have not missed one payment but there is a 2 c that shows bad on my credit. I did visit the Polokwane branch and pay the 2 c but it still show as bad credit. I am busy opening a business and everything is declined due to the 2 c. This is a huge obstacle for me financially
