Bad communication

I went to Birch Acres branch 14th October to lodge a complain i bought data 259mb of R35 got an error that service not available tried again few minutes later got same error later to realize money was deducted 2x R35 never been refunded till this day im still waiting for response i called in but was told they still investigating the matter *** im so disappointed with Capitec service and its failure to communicate
