bad commuinication

I am incredible frustrated with Capitec Bank. I am honest and loyal customer to you until i got retrenched then i realize that wait until you loose your job and don't have money then you are nothing. Every time i get told different stories. So i got retrenched and credit life assisted me but didn't settle the whole amount, to proof as a loyal and customer client after i got permanent job i managed to pay off my credit card. I went to Sandton branch and i was told that i cant use my credit card until i pay it off, i then pay it off now i get told that i need to pay settle interest, close it off and open another one. Why close it off and open another one. I have been taken from pillar to post-Sandton branch, Carlton Center and Killarney. Can someone help me please before i loose my mind. i get told different stories.
